Support Mates by registering to fundraise for Mates4Mates. Without your generous donations and support we wouldn't be able to keep doing what we do - provide life-changing services to Mates and their families.
Mates4Mates receives no government funding so we rely on community support.
There are many ways you can help by fundraising, whether it’s a morning tea at your workplace, a cake stall at your local school fete, or raising funds for Mates4Mates as part of a sporting event or challenge.
Before you start on your fundraising journey it is important to let us know what you are planning and for us to approve your fundraiser.
Steps to take for approval:
- Download our Fundraising Kit to find out how you can fundraise for Mates4Mates.
- Download, complete and sign the Mates4Mates Community Fundraising Application form and email it to our fundraising team for approval.
- Once Mates4Mates has received your Community Fundraising Application form, please allow between 7 – 10 working days for our office to process your request and issue an Authority to Fundraise letter. If you require urgent processing please contact the Marketing and Fundraising team on 1300 462 837.
- The Authority to Fundraise letter demonstrates that you are a legitimate fundraiser for Mates4Mates. It also contains your unique Fundraising ID number and bank details to use as a reference for depositing funds.
After you have received your Authority to Fundraise letter you can start your own fundraising page through Everyday Hero!
In just minutes you can create your own fundraising page, then start sharing with your friends, family and colleagues asking them to support your cause. You can start a blog, upload images or videos, and at the same time raise much needed funds for Mates4Mates.
Whatever you do, you will be making a positive difference to our Mates and their families, because every dollar counts in their rehabilitation journey.
No matter what you have planned, we will guide you through your fundraising experience for Mates4Mates with support, information and advice.
