Allison has experience working in a broad range of settings and across the lifespan. Allison has a special interest in the treatment of trauma and is experienced in treating PTSD, anxiety, and depression, as well as navigating the challenges associated with neurodiversity.

Allison utilises Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialetical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
