Visit our Veteran & Family Wellbeing Centre in Stuart Park

Whether you need a coffee and a chat, access to support and rehabilitation services, or you want to meet others who understand what you’re going through, you’re welcome at Mates4Mates.

At the Mates4Mates Veteran & Family Wellbeing Centre you’ll find a community of like-minded current and ex-serving Defence Force members who have been impacted by service, and their families. Our staff and Mates understand what you’re going through and are here to help – with no judgements or expectations.

The Mates4Mates Veteran & Family Wellbeing Centre includes clinical services, a gym, a veterans’ lounge, as well as a space for social connection activities. Local ex-service organisations also deliver services within the centre to provide employment, transition and housing programs, and advocacy support.

Mates4Mates acknowledges the $5 million grant from the Department of Veterans’ Affairs to develop this Veterans’ and Families’ Hub.

To book an appointment with our exercise physiologist, you will need a Medicare or DVA referral from your GP. Appointments can also be made with our social worker.
