Our online services facilitates that support to veterans who are unable to attend face-to-face services as a result of distance, illness, or injury. 

Whether it’s through your phone, tablet, laptop or computer, you can join a community of like-minded, current and ex-serving Defence Force members and their families who have been impacted by service.

Our staff understand what you’re going through and are here to help – with no judgements or expectations – in a safe and supportive environment.

You can access Online Services from your smartphone, desktop, laptop or tablet, providing the device has a camera that can be used for video conferencing. If you are unsure whether your device is compatible, please contact us at OnlineFRC@mates4mates.org
No. We currently use Zoom teleconferencing. This can be accessed through any internet browser, such as Edge (Microsoft), Chrome, Firefox, or Safari (Apple).

All Mates4Mates services are provided free to registered Mates4Mates veterans and their families. You may, however, incur internet data usage costs, depending on your internet access plan.
