Support and rehabilitation for veterans.

If you’re a veteran who has been impacted by your service, we are here to provide you with a place of understanding, acceptance and community.

No matter where you served or in what capacity – if you have a physical injury, experienced a traumatic event, have mental health concerns or are feeling isolated – we can provide a way forward.

Our psychologists, exercise physiologists, liaison officers and volunteer liaison officers are ready and available to support you, and your family, when you need it. Our staff understand what it means to be part of the military and the challenges faced by veterans. Our services target all areas of health and wellbeing and you’ll find connection and community with other Mates.

Reaching out for help is one of the most important things you can do. Our free services are tailored to help you at any stage of your journey, from transition to beyond.

With mates behind you, there’s power to move forward.
