Mates4Mates Falls Prevention Workshop

Are you a veteran or a family member who wants to build strength and maintain balance to reduce the likelihood of falls?

Then the Falls Prevention Workshop may be for you.

What is the Falls Prevention Workshop?

The Falls Prevention Workshop has been designed by our exercise physiologists to help veterans and their families learn about falls prevention and how to exercise safely and confidently to prevent further falls and improve overall health.

The group workshop will provide an opportunity for participants to become further educated on how to build or maintain strength and balance through individualised exercise programs to reduce the likelihood of falls.
