Mates4Mates Healthy Relationships Program

Are you a veteran or family member who would like to learn more about healthy relationships?

Then the Healthy Relationships Program may be for you.

What is the Healthy Relationships Program?

The Healthy Relationships Program is designed by our clinical team to help veterans and family members better understand the difference between healthy and unhealthy interpersonal relationships.

Over four weeks, participants will have the opportunity to gain a greater understanding of relationship styles, the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships as well as learn tips and strategies to assist in developing healthy interpersonal relationships.

Upcoming Programs

Online

Our next program will run online every Wednesday, starting 31 July to 21 August 2024, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm (AEST).

To participate online, you will need:

  • PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone with video calling capabilities
  • Internet connection capable of sustaining an online video call

Veterans and family members who are interested in participating in the Healthy Relationships Program will need to undertake an expression of interest (EOI) process. This EOI includes a clinical screening to ensure this program is suitable for you.

Due to receiving an overwhelming response of applications, expressions of interest for this program have now closed. We apologies for any inconvenience. This program will be running again in October into November. If you are interested in upcoming programs, please don't hesitate to contact programs@mates4mates.org

Places in the program are available to veterans and family members registered with Mates4Mates. If you are not a Mates4Mates member and would like to take part, simply complete the Mates4Mates new client form online and our team will be in touch soon.
