Mates4Mates Online Learn More, Drink Less Program

Do you find yourself reaching for a drink more often than you would like?

Then the Online Learn More, Drink Less Program may be for you!

What is the Learn More, Drink Less Program?

The Learn More, Drink Less Program is an online group program that has been designed to help veterans and family members increase their understanding of alcohol reliance, learn a range of helpful coping strategies including ways to manage cravings, and develop a relapse prevention plan.

Delivered online in a safe, confidential and supportive environment, the program involves four, 90-minute group sessions with a Mates4Mates psychologist, counsellor or social worker.

The program will provide a space for participants to take steps towards making healthier choices, all while connecting with others who are facing similar challenges. Alcohol reliance and addiction can be complicated – but we are here to help you through it.
